    The Vigan City Fiesta is celebrated annually on January 25th and is held in honor of the Apostle of St. Paul, the patron saint of the city. Fiesta is part of our culture as Filipinos we celebrate together. There were many activities and competitions such as street dance, parades, carnivals, food fairs, locals and tourists gathered to celebrate this event. I used to have a free party with no rules or restrictions. But when the COVID 19 pandemic begins, celebrating these events is really difficult, as there are many consequences of celebrating and interacting with many people

    When the pandemic commenced withinside the early 2020, it affected many factors of our subculture like our birthday party of Fiesta`s in our town/metropolis and for us Ilocano`s, Vigan City Fiesta has been with us for years and it become devastating to now no longer be capable of have fun it like we used to whilst the pandemic came. We celebrated this remaining yr through on-line however that didn`t sense similar to what we used to do earlier than the pandemic.
